A senior expert, Lv Weiwen is the Lectruer of Joining & Electrical Packaging at School of Material Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research spans joining, electrical packaging and knowledge management. He is interested in the selection or match of materials and processes to make the reliable bonding or joint between the same and similar or disimilar material interface. He particularly focuses on the patterns of the knowledge sharing and production, the problems such as: What actually makes people willing to share and transfer their own know-how and skills ? what are the true objective barriers to prevent knowledge from flowing? He participated in composing the series of books named Advanced Join Technology which are published by The Press of Machinery Industry in 2000, and his papers have been delivered in a variety of journal including Transactions of The China Welding Institution(in Chinese), Science Research Management (in Chinese) , ICEPT annuarly. Lv teaches in some of HUST’s Executive Education programs as well as electives including Material Forming Equipment and Automation, Welding Power Sources, Surface Mount Technology, Management and Industry Engineering, Introduction to Management Science.
